RETURN/REFUND POLICY

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All products can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in brand new, perfect condition with no signs of wear and tear and with all tags and inserts attached in their original position. Refunds will only be provided if the product is deemed faulty. Headwear must be handwashed, MiSOGi will not replace damage caused by machine washing.

Returns

​1. Click on the 'Contact' page and from the 'Select a topic' dropdown list, choose 'Return request.'

2. In the Contact form, fill out your full name, phone number and reason for your return (in the 'how can we help?' field).

3. Send the product back to 26 French Ave, Brendale QLD 4500.

  • We recommend using registered Australia Post and keeping your tracking details when returning items.

  • The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage, so we recommend reusing the original packaging.

  • Misogi Athletica will not be responsible for any damage to the product during return shipping.

4. Once the returned product is received, you will be issued with an online exchange code via email to make another purchase. ​

2. In the Contact form, fill out your full name, phone number and reason for your return (in the 'how can we help?' field). Please also upload photos to provide evidence of the damage during shipping.

3. Send the product back to 26 French Ave, Brendale QLD 4500.

  • We recommend using registered Australia Post and keeping your tracking details when returning items.

4. Once we have received the item and approved the faulty request, you will be issued with a full refund via the original payment method (please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement. 

5. The customer will be responsible for covering return postage costs, however, this cost will be reimbursed in the case of faulty items.
